Florida rules, applied to your site. Our knowledge of the Florida Statutes and Administrative Codes helps us find the rules and exceptions that apply to your project.
Options explained. We educate customers on each option, its pros and cons, and any external factors.

Who we are

Our history: Clyde Crotty, Wayne’s grandfather, opened Crotty Septic Service, Inc. in Kissimmee, Florida in 1972. Wayne is a third-generation septic contractor, and his father and brothers now run their own company.

Wayne has over 25 years of experience in the septic industry and has been in business for over 15 years.

Wayne B. Crotty

President. Master Septic Tank Contractor, License No. SM0061501. Former President of the Florida Onsite WasteWater Association, and has served on several state health boards, including the Variance Board and the Technical Review and Advisory Panel (TRAP).
